Pair Brass Parzinger Torchiere Floor Lamps

This is an extraordinary pair of stately Deco Regency brass Tommi Parzinger torchiere floor lamps—impressive in every way. They are made from both solid brass and cast brass, with elegant wood cylinder bodies that—in a magical feat of design meets function—push up and down to the turn lamps on or off. All electrical workings of the lamps have been newly replaced, including the 3-way sockets, the switches and the wiring (using ornamental gold cord). There are a couple of small indentations on one shroud, a bit of scratching on the other and some minor pitting on bases, all hardly noticeable. It would be difficult to find even one of these elegant mid-century floor lamps in such good condition, let alone a knock-out pair like this.
