This is a small, sleek Park Sherman desk lamp, circa 1975, in high-quality molded plastic in creamy off-white with black arm and detailing. The light can be moved in a wide variety of ways for function and versatility; pivot mechanism works very well. Wiring is pliable and in great condition, as is the lamp as a whole. There is a slight variation in the color between the head and base that is barely worth mentioning.
