This gorgeous cylinder pottery vase is both earthy and modern, not the most common juxtaposition. Very Japanese for some reason, in ways that you can’t even really explain…except that it was made in Japan, that’s likely part of it. Very functional, with a wide mouth, and yet also quite decorative.
