Before there was Nancy Reagan there was Jane Wyman--the first Mrs. Reagan and a formidable star of her own. Ron gave her this exact silver box in 1955, engraved for her personally, presumably to hold her fabulous baubles or maybe love notes from him. (We are not Reagan scholars...we saw the box on ebay.) The point is, this gorgeous silver rectangular box has mid-century Hollywood glamour written all over it. This one doesn't actually have any writing on it, but you could change that for your own Jane...or John. Weighing nearly 2 pounds, it has the pleasant heft of quality. The exterior is silver plated, the interior is a Bakelite-like plastic with three compartments. It is in excellent condition and ready to be a family heirloom.
