I Like Mike's Mid Century Modern
$499.00
Guernica is a Picasso masterwork, mural-sized and regarded by many as the most moving work of art to depict war ever created. Though quite modern, it dates from 1937. This framed print of the painting is from 1969, when the original was still owned by Picasso himself; he lent it to the MOMA in New York for a showing. He would of course have been involved in every aspect of that show, including approving the creation of this print…so it’s a lot closer to Picasso than something you might purchase new today.
Original aluminum framing, print is behind glass. There are very subtle water marks on the top, barely visible (pictured)
