Paint By Number paintings have a unique appeal, and this one is particularly good. The street scene lends itself well to the strengths of the genre, and it was very well executed by a home painter. Clean lines and the judicious use of color make for an ethereal beauty, and the Paint By Numbers format pays homage (perhaps unwittingly, but all the better) to the "flat style" of modern painting in the 20th Century.
Painting on board, good condition, ready to be framed and given a place of honor.
