Stately and unique time keeping piece with a little bit of Canadian military history attached. This was an award for a squad commander who must have been quite appreciated if this fine award clock is any indication. Solid and lacquered brass, winding movement keeps good time, has a nice understated chime that sounds like a hotel front desk bell that sounds on the hour and half hour. Professionally restored and ready to grace your space with the same honor and dignity the first owner must have felt when he received it over 60 years ago.
