I Like Mikes Mid Century Modern
$599.00
This incredibly rare miniature floating pendulum clock was made in West Germany, circa 1960. The novel design features a space-age enclosure where the tiny pendulum does the same precise time-keeping work as its larger cousins. The wind-up movement keeps good time. (It says 8-days, but ideally it should be wound every couple of days.) The condition of this clock is truly mint, with clear plexiglass and shiny chrome. For a people who weren't necessarily associated with being, well, um, "whimsical", those Germans sure did do some fun stuff with their clocks!
