This Lucite pendulum clock is grand in the best 1980s way, with a big dose of deconstructed tradition. The thick acrylic arch is glamorous and modern, and pairs interestingly with the classic hands and gold face of the clock. The swinging matching brass pendulum is mesmerizing to watch, while the clock keeps perfect time. It has been restored with a double a battery quartz movement with a sweep second hand, meaning the second hand glides smoothing like the old electric clocks—it does not tick space by space. The pendulum is powered by its own movement.
There are some minor naturally-occurring marks in the Lucite, but no clouding; it is in excellent clear condition.
