This bust of a young Ludwig van Beethoven was crafted in 1968 by the Belwin Company in Bronze colored resin (a favorite medium of the era). He was a stern fellow it would seem! But not a bad looking one. Look at that head of hair and that dapper jacket.

Though not plaster, it is nonetheless quite stately, and the condition is mint. Resin is not heavy but it is very durable, and there are no signs of age on this piece at all.

A sculpture from the 20th Century celebrating the renowned composer from the 19th Century, being offered to you in the 21st Century...this bust is just getting started actually.
