This is a smile-inducing pen & ink rendition of New York City from the early 1960’s. It’s signed and dated, but you can almost place the time just from the modern vibe and the optimistic energy swirling around. The overall condition is good. There is residue in the bottom right from a long-gone sticker, which could be made to disappear with a re-matting. Otherwise, the mating is in good condition, as is the glass and silver painted wood frame. Artist is “Desel.” It appears to be a print of the original, yet hand-dated by artist.
