This small sleek amorphic table sits at a very pleasing intersection of natural and refined, as well as at the corner of old and new. The tree slab top has been completely restored to showcase the beauty of the grain—carefully hand sanded and expertly refinished. I also replaced the chunky legs that had been originally paired with this top with these slender mid-century walnut legs that are, as you can see, a great match in tone and style. Together, they work in perfect harmony to create an elegant compact coffee table that is 100% structurally sound. Made as it is from completely restored vintage components, this table is not new, but better than new.
