I Like Mike's Mid-Century Modern
Sold Out
This gorgeously versatile table showcases the genius of Heywood-Wakefield, the American master furniture makers of the mid-20th Century. The functional design (the table spins in lazy susan fashion), the classic rounded edges, the gracefully curved legs--very modern, very unique. This table design was introduced in 1947. It is made of solid American birch that has been 100% refinished with a dark silky smooth hand-rubbed high-gloss finish, comprised of durable urethane and lots of elbow grease. It gleams beautifully and is 100% structurally sound--there is no wobble when the table spins. Just a really well-made and beautifully restored piece of mid-century modern furniture. Not new...better than new.
