I Like Mike's Mid-Century Modern

SOLD
This is a pair of iconic yet unique mid-century Danish Modern teak and caned chairs, in the vein of Finn Juhl or Kofod-Larsen. Sculpted, floating, long and lean--and 100% restored. The caning is all new; the special elastic webbing is all new (and exceedingly comfortable). The seat cushions are all new as well, with high-density foam and era-appropriate authentic woven red wool fabric. Thanks to the restoration of the wood, the floating arm rests have a buttery smooth touch that you will appreciate every time you sit down. This is one impressive set of chairs. Circa 1950.
