One of our favorite mid-century artists, Bernard Buffet painted haunting city scenes that capture a certain essential vibe of the era. This print on board is in excellent condition. It is called “River Seine and Tour Eiffel” on the back, and clearly it is Paris, though it has a universal urban quality. In the original wood frame, it remains in excellent condition, both the print and the frame. A terrific piece of mid-century wall art.
