This is an illustration of a typical New York City street scene printed in a German newspaper in the late 1880s. It has been professionally matted and framed in a gilded wooden frame, behind non-glare glass. There is a bit of staining on the back of the frame that is not anywhere else. A handsome piece for a history buff’s wall.
