This is a large and gorgeous vintage spherical hanging lamp with a lovely patina despite retaining a pleasing sheen. Made of metal throughout, it still has its original diffuser, which is rare since they were often made of plastic. Not this one! The copper finish has been polished but signs of age remain for a finish that you simply can't fake. This is the real deal, a mid-century modern hanging lamp that will bring character and depth to any interior. Steel with a copper finish and painted metal diffuser. Currently it is ready to be hard-wired into the ceiling, but can easily be converted to a swag lamp if you prefer to plug it in.
